Performing Arts Program: The Performing Arts Program includes music and drama clubs, music workshop, and vocal and instrumental training.  The participants perform at local nursing homes, churches, hospitals, and various community events during Black History Month, Haitian Heritage Month, and during the holiday seasons.  The Arts Enrichment Program is an arts-and-crafts approach that  engage participants in ways that encourage a sense of civic responsibility (e.g., painting positive messages on JPM’s trailer), enable less academically-inclined students to express themselves in a different way, teach the use of different media, and utilize the arts in communicating ideas.   This program is available to students enroll in our after school and tutoring program.
