Life Skills Training
The life skills training program incorporates mental, spiritual and physical wellness into a comprehensive program that addresses multiple practical lessons. The workshop is designed, enhance self-esteem, promote family/individual goal setting, to reduce stress and build social skills. The objective of the life skills program is to enable families to make positive changes in their lives toward economic self-sufficiency by giving them the knowledge and skills needed to build their future despite the everyday challenges. The Program targets 15 individuals for the year.
